I enjoyed this book very much, it gave a lot of information on the benefits of making smoothies instead of juicing, and how much better to incorporate a paleo diet instead of all the processed foods we consume on a daily basis. I really want to try the Tropical Spirulina and the Kale Berry smoothies.
